Lead chemical packaging and blending operations at Univar Solutions in Edmonton, applying safety leadership and production supervision every day.
The Warehouse Supervisor provides frontline leadership across packaging, storage, handling, and blending activities. You will work with the Plant Manager to achieve production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements. The position requires experience supervising production, blending, or packaging employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily packaging, blending, and material handling operations
- Promote safety through field presence, coaching, and inspections
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions
- Complete production documentation, inventory transactions, and batch records
- Train, coach, and develop employees for consistent performance
Requirements:
- Two-plus years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, packaging, or warehousing
- Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling practices
- Familiarity with inventory systems, reporting, and SAP
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
