Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and facilitation of professional learning activities
• Collaborate with teams to advance CDRCP's Strategic Plan
• Support budget planning and expenditure monitoring
• Mentor staff on service excellence and operational protocols
• Conduct assessments of community learning needs
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in Early Childhood or Adult Education
• 3 years of supervisory experience in childcare
• Strong knowledge of pedagogical practices
• Valid G Driver’s License and safe driving record
• Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check Take the lead in shaping significant learning initiatives at CDRCP
