Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll strategy at EY, guiding complex implementations, integrations, and senior stakeholder decisions across countries. This senior role requires deep payroll expertise.
As a Senior Manager in EY’s HR Technology practice, you will own solutions and lead multi-country payroll programs. Your work spans global payroll processes, compliance, configuration, and statutory reporting. You will connect business strategy with technical execution while supporting delivery excellence across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise HR and Payroll leaders on payroll strategy and execution
- Lead workshops defining architecture, compliance, and operating models
- Oversee configuration, migration, testing, and deployment activities
- Manage timelines, risks, communications, and contractual delivery
- Mentor payroll consultants and technical teams
Requirements:
- Deep SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll expertise
- Minimum ten years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
- Three full-cycle Employee Central Payroll implementations
- Required SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
