Key Responsibilities
• Promote teamwork and learning organization principles
• Act as On-Call manager for day-to-day operations
• Implement best practices for maintenance operations
• Assist in budgeting and monitor ongoing expenditures
• Train and certify staff through operational evaluations
Requirements:
• Technical degree in engineering or a related field
• 10-15 years of management experience in maintenance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Exceptional time and priority management
• Ability to develop and validate operational procedures Drive operational excellence at the FORGE Sombra facility through your leadership in maintenance management.
