Lead adidas retail performance in Richmond, British Columbia, using advanced selling, customer service, and team coaching expertise. Drive store results through operational leadership.
As Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will help achieve sales and profit targets while leading people, operations, and visual excellence. You will apply retail KPIs, product knowledge, and adidas customer service practices. The role includes assuming store leadership when the Store Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach team members on excellent consumer experiences
- Drive sales, service, operations, people, and visual metrics
- Coordinate product replenishment between stockroom and sales floor
- Oversee accurate transactions and cash protection procedures
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development
Requirements:
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive retail understanding
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
