Key Responsibilities
• Oversee complete recruitment for retail positions globally
• Build and empower talent pipelines for all vacancies
• Screen applicants to ensure alignment with Mejuri standards
• Present insights and needs to Retail leadership
• Continuously improve recruitment processes using AI tools
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
• Fluency in Boolean search and relevant ATS systems
• Ability to manage recruitment timelines autonomously
• Strong skills in presentation and stakeholder communication
