Key Responsibilities
• Advise on long-term financial planning and growth strategies
• Develop actionable financial plans aligned with business goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Establish KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in finance and accounting roles
• Healthcare or technology sector experience
• Designated CPA with strong analytical skills
• Familiar with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Proficient in ASPE and IFRS standards Help lead FH Health towards a financially sustainable future by leveraging your expertise in finance and leadership.
