Lead clinical operations at The Newly Institute Calgary Clinic using healthcare leadership and operational management skills. This permanent, full-time role follows Monday to Friday hours.
The Manager, Clinical Services oversees daily clinic management and program delivery in Calgary. The position supports clinical quality, financial performance, team engagement, and client experience. It works with senior leadership and interdisciplinary teams on continuous improvement, performance targets, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and program delivery
- Monitor performance, scorecards, contracts, and funder requirements
- Analyze data and report clinic outcomes
- Lead quality improvement and program excellence initiatives
- Coach teams and support workforce planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field
- Five to eight-plus years in healthcare clinical or management roles
- Two to four years in WCB return-to-work environments
- One to three-plus years of leadership experience
- Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency
