Lead Occupational Therapy services from Kincardine Community Hospital, Stonehaven, combining clinical leadership with operational management and rehabilitation.
This Band 7 post leads the Occupational Therapy team across Kincardine and Mearns. You will maintain a clinical caseload while managing assessment, intervention, rehabilitation, workloads, and service delivery. The role supports adults with complex needs across community and hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily Occupational Therapy operations across Kincardine and Mearns
- Maintain a clinical caseload for adults with complex needs
- Supervise Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Support Workers
- Manage workload allocation and community rehabilitation delivery
- Contribute to student education, quality improvement, and service redesign
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Current Health and Care Professions Council registration
- Substantial post-registration Occupational Therapy experience
- Clinical leadership and community rehabilitation experience
- Valid UK driving licence and car for business use
Use Occupational Therapy leadership, caseload management, and rehabilitation expertise across Kincardine and Mearns services.
