Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
• Collaborate closely with operational leaders for staffing
• Conduct intake meetings for position understanding
• Build relations with passive candidates and talent sources
• Accurately document recruitment activities in systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing and pipeline management
• Strong experience in negotiating compensation with candidates
• Proven track record with applicant tracking systems
