Lead the Produce Team at Homestead Co-op in Carman, Manitoba as a Full Time Produce Manager. Guide operational efficiencies and enhance customer experiences in a thriving retail environment. As a key player in the Food Store, you’ll report to the Food Manager while overseeing a dynamic team. You will implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and manage team member relations. Your role includes recruiting and performance management, ensuring health and safety standards, while supporting professional development within your team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership for the Produce Team
• Oversee merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Drive operational efficiencies and process adherence
• Manage recruitment and team member performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• 3-5 years retail experience with supervisory roles
• Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary preferred
• Food Safety Certificate required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts Utilize your leadership and customer service skills to drive success in the Produce department at Homestead Co-op.
