Position: Senior Network Engineer - Aruba Switches + PAN firewalls and Cisco Switches + Cisco FTD Firewalls.
Duration: 3 weeks (With the possibility of extension)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement - B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)
About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking the services of an experienced Senior Network Engineer consultant to support enterprise network infrastructure and network operations for a leading organization. The engagement involves setting up, configuring, connecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting network switches, routers, and firewalls, while working closely with network and infrastructure teams.
Services to be Provided
- Install, configure, and maintain Aruba and Cisco switches.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Palo Alto (PAN) and Cisco FTD firewalls.
- Set up and connect switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Perform network configuration changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Support network deployments, implementations, upgrades, and configuration activities.
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure network equipment is properly configured, connected, and operational.
- Strong hands-on experience with Aruba switches and Palo Alto (PAN) firewalls.
- Strong experience with Cisco switches and Cisco FTD firewalls.
- Proven experience setting up, configuring, connecting, and troubleshooting network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to network connectivity and infrastructure.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively with network, infrastructure, and technical teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
