Lead digital transformation projects at ABB using project scheduling and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid work model, three days weekly.
This Digital Project Manager leads small, low-complexity projects while executing APC, APM, Genix, Industrial AI, Analytics, and EMS solutions. The role coordinates activities against procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. It also supports measurable customer outcomes, revenue, margin, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital projects from planning through deployment and value realization
- Apply scheduling techniques and manage schedule risks proactively
- Lead global cross-functional teams and optimize resource utilization
- Manage stakeholders, contracts, risks, and change activities
- Promote standardized delivery methods, automation, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in project management, software, or industrial automation
- PMP certification or formal project management training is an asset
- Ability to travel up to 10% for customer meetings
