Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily production operations for assigned area
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with GMP standards
• Lead training sessions and facilitate shop-floor meetings
• Monitor production schedule and report issues effectively
• Minimize waste while maximizing production efficiency
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 5+ years in frontline leadership role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency needed
