Power Plant Operator at Agnico Eagle

Embrace a hands-on role as a Power Plant Operator with Agnico Eagle at the Hope Bay Project. As part of the Energy and Infrastructure Department, you will learn to operate and monitor the power plant, inspect and maintain machinery, and support overhauls to meet specifications. Key Responsibilities
• Operate the power plant efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot abnormalities in critical infrastructure
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment
• Support overhauls according to OEM specifications
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Requirements:
• Mechanical or electrical trade certification preferred
• Willingness to learn PLC-based control systems
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Availability for night shifts
