Lead multiple Chipotle restaurants across Greater Calgary while strengthening operations, food safety, and guest experiences through restaurant partnerships.
As a Field Leader, you oversee multiple locations and partner with restaurant managers to run strong operations. You bring business knowledge spanning P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing. The position emphasizes team development, employee training, and leading through others while supporting Chipotle’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across multiple Chipotle restaurant locations
- Build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Foster a food safety first culture
- Develop teams and lead through others
- Train and validate employees on key operational elements
Requirements:
- Previous multi unit restaurant experience
- Business knowledge including P&L management and staffing
- Ability to focus closely on guest experience
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude toward restaurant leadership
- Communicate in the work location’s primary language
