Enhance Aritzia's security posture as a Technical Program Manager in Cybersecurity, based in our Vancouver Support Campus. Lead the charge in managing critical cybersecurity initiatives.
In this operational role, you will coordinate the Cybersecurity roadmap and ensure projects align with business objectives. Utilize your expertise in technical security and project management to drive effective solutions that minimize cyber risk. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Agile management strategies is key to this position. You will work closely with various tech leads and vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Cybersecurity project timelines and dependencies
• Collaborate with tech leads on structured release plans
• Facilitate governance meetings for strategic alignment
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee project outcomes
• Ensure high-level decision-making drives continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Strong background in managing security programs
• Familiarity with SecSDLC and cyber risk management
• Proficiency with Jira and related security tools
• Proven ability to manage complex automation tasks
