Key Responsibilities
• Serve as primary contact for physicians and stakeholders
• Educate providers on services and reimbursement navigation
• Review patient documentation and completion requirements
• Manage submission of special authorizations accurately
• Update physicians regarding patient status and program changes
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or BSc in related Science field
• Knowledge of the reimbursement process
• Previous Case Manager experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) for Quebec role
