Enhance Winona's creator outreach as our Creator Network Manager. Utilize your TikTok Shop skills to recruit, onboard, and nurture creators for engaging content collaborations.
As a leader at Winona, a top telemedicine provider for menopause solutions, you will manage our creator program. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and onboarding TikTok creators, ensuring they have a positive experience, and overseeing the content pipeline for marketing initiatives. You will also lead a team of Virtual Assistants to streamline operations and creator management.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard creators via diverse channels
• Manage creator relationships throughout project life cycle
• Grow the TikTok Shop affiliate network effectively
• Organize and oversee content delivery for marketing needs
• Track and report on creator engagement and performance
Requirements:
• Proven track record in managing and sourcing creators
• Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Experience in negotiating terms with creators
• Capable of leading and managing remote teams Contribute to a transformative creator network at Winona, focusing on telehealth and women's midlife health.
