Teach Kindergarten in Calgary with Alberta Education certification, supporting children and families through inclusive classroom and PUF programming. This full-time school-year position may extend or renew annually.

BrightPath Educational Supports, facilitated by Marlborough Day Nursery ECS Limited, seeks a certificated teacher for Kindergarten and/or PUF programs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, therapy professionals, and centre staff. The position follows Alberta Education Curriculum requirements and Kindergarten Scope and Sequence expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Professional Learning Communities
  • Develop PUF Individual Program Plans and execute support strategies
  • Provide weekly Kindergarten lesson plans to the Manager
  • Foster relationships with children, families, and therapy teams
  • Complete report cards, plans, and assigned paperwork promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education degree
  • Alberta Education interim or permanent teaching certification
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
  • Police clearance, vulnerable sector check, First Aid, and Child CPR
