Lead corporate foreign exchange dealing in Corpay’s Toronto office while managing client portfolios, dealer performance, and relationship growth. Apply market expertise daily.
As Director, Corporate Dealing, you will lead within Corpay’s Cross-Border division and report to the SVP Corporate Dealing, Canada. You will manage Corporate Dealers, oversee portfolio analysis, and collaborate with Corporate Sales, Commercial Leadership, and shared services. The position combines leadership with direct client account management. You will solicit orders, price trades, execute client instructions, and pursue revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Corporate Dealers
- Analyze portfolios, revenue opportunities, and key performance indicators
- Manage client accounts, price trades, and execute orders
- Consult clients virtually and in person
- Resolve Compliance, Operations, or Credit concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in foreign exchange dealing or related fields
- Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets and products
- Experience leading banking or FinTech sales teams
- Exceptional sales, relationship management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
