Key Responsibilities
• Generate and analyze reports on shrink and stock loss
• Conduct store audits and communicate findings
• Manage CCTV and alarm system operations
• Develop LP policies for Canadian stores
• Collaborate with Store Teams on directives and initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Loss Prevention management
• Strong background in retail shrink management
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Become a pivotal part of Loss Prevention at Retailors Sports and champion the integrity of our retail operations.
