Elevate training experiences as the Training Platform Coordinator with BCCSA in New Westminster, BC. Drive engagement through strong support of training programs and student needs.
The Training Platform and Learning Support Coordinator will take on a full-time role focused on enhancing the student’s experience with BCCSA’s training services. You will manage registration processes, liaise with students regarding course content, and assist in resolving technical issues. Your insights will help refine training methods and improve overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate student inquiries regarding training courses
• Ensure smooth functioning of training technology platforms
• Notify students of any changes or cancellations promptly
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve training delivery
• Work closely with educators to support curriculum effectiveness
Requirements:
• Knowledge of training technologies and course systems
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in an educational or training environment preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Must be able to commit to full-time work in New Westminster Support transformative learning experiences by joining BCCSA’s dedicated team.
