Guidewire seeks a Senior AI Enablement Specialist in hybrid Mississauga to advance AI process design, change management, and employee engagement.
This full-time specialist role sits within Business Technology Strategy & Operations. You will make complex technology accessible, guide process reimagination, and help colleagues adopt trusted AI-enabled ways of working. The work combines strategic communications, prototyping, facilitation, and digital publishing across Guidewire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build reusable frameworks and playbooks for AI-enabled process design
- Lead workshops challenging legacy assumptions and redesigning cross-functional processes
- Prototype AI solutions with users and measure realized outcomes
- Develop change plans, training, adoption, and reinforcement initiatives
- Create plain-language communications, presentations, guides, and digital content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years in change management or internal communications
- 3+ years in process analysis or digital transformation
- 1–2 years applying generative AI or low-code automation
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication skills
