Chief Executive Officer, Services-focusedWe have partnered with a world-class field services organization seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business. As the company looks to enter its next phase of growth, this CEO will lead the charge in building and scaling the company, with an intention to achieve a transaction.The CEO will lead a team of highly motivated and experienced leaders with deep sector expertise and multiple years of tenure. Partnering with renowned clients, the company currently holds a commanding market position and aims to expand into new offerings, geographies, and business models.The organization is backed by strong Private Equity partners committed to building a world-class sales and service organization in this sector.What You Will Do :Define and refine company strategy, validate value-creation plans, and develop new growth hypotheses to prepare for a transaction; expand service lines and markets to accelerate growth.Maximize existing accounts, acquire new clients, expand into new geographies, and build towards a world-class sales organization.Enhance service levels while improving field staff productivity and operational efficiency.Streamline cost structures, optimize overhead, professionalize the organization, and implement scalable processes for organizational maturity.Strengthen customer service foundations and personally manage Top-20 accounts through direct senior-level client relationships.Lead and develop a high-performing executive team while implementing proactive succession planning.Partner with finance leadership and the Board on comprehensive financial oversight, reporting, and disciplined investment decisions.Work with PE partners to integrate acquisitions and drive data-driven decision-making across functions as needed.What You Bring :15+ years of experience in relevant service or field-service industries.Proven success operating in the mid-market, ideally with a successful transaction experience.Deep understanding of field services, including value drivers, motivations, and incentives.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence at all levels.An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a professional ethos, thriving in a high-performance, low-ego, collaborative environment.Willingness to travel across North America.Who You Are :A strategic thinker and action-oriented problem solver.An outstanding influencer capable of galvanizing teams both on and off the field.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven, entrepreneurial culture.Committed to delivering on commitments at all levels and inspiring others to do the same, upholding values of authenticity, accountability, and continuous improvement.Proven resilience to lead through challenging transformations.If this sounds interesting, or to refer someone, please apply or reach out to Purab Parikh (PParikh@glassratner.com) or Marty O'Doherty (Modoherty@glassratner.com). #J-18808-Ljbffr
