Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed weekly reviews of customer feedback

• Track recurring issues and coordinate with logistics providers
• Manage stalled parcel cases to resolve delivery issues
• Oversee Lost In Transit parcels for refunds and claims
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of e-commerce or logistics analytics experience
• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
