Lead industrial construction operations as a Superintendent with Ganotec, coordinating crews, schedules, budgets, and quality across project sites.
This mid-level, full-time position directs Foremen and craft workers across multiple industrial sites. You will coordinate technical trades, support project planning, manage costs, and maintain compliance with drawings and specifications. The work includes collaboration with project teams, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crew activities and maintain efficient project workflows
- Support comprehensive project plans and construction schedules
- Inspect daily operations for quality, safety, and compliance
- Deliver job site safety training to personnel
- Control budgets and address potential financial impacts
Requirements:
- At least eight years of construction industry experience
- Minimum three years in superintendent or equivalent leadership roles
- Experience managing multiple technical trades simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel across Canada and the United States
