Real Food for Real Kids is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape and execute sourcing strategy for off-the-shelf foods, ingredients, packaging, and white-label products. You will drive supplier discovery, RFx processes, and negotiations to deliver value and align with financial targets.
You will lead a team, collaborate with Recipe Innovation, Product Innovation, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, and manage risk while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
