Key Responsibilities
• Assess and plan pharmaceutical care services

Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required
• One year of pharmacy experience in the field
