Are you passionate about information technology and have an insatiable curiosity? By joining our firmwide IT project management team, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective technology and process solutions. Working closely with lawyers, legal professionals, business services teams, vendors, and IT staff, the Business Analyst identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client service delivery, risk management, and knowledge sharing through technology and process enhancements

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: You will gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements to ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
• Process Improvement: You will evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Solution Evaluation & Implementation: You will assess, recommend, and support the implementation of technology solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: You will ensure solutions meet business requirements through comprehensive testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Change Management & Adoption: You will support organizational change by developing communications, training, and adoption strategies that maximize user engagement and value realization.
• Project Support: You will partner with project managers and delivery teams to identify risks, manage dependencies, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: You will analyze business data and metrics to provide insights, support decision-making, and measure business outcomes.
• Documentation & Governance: You will create and maintain accurate business, process, and system documentation while supporting governance and compliance requirements.
• Legal Technology Enablement: You will work with lawyers and business services teams to optimize legal workflows and maximize the value of legal technology investments.

About You

• You hold a university or college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or PMP certification;
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm or legal technology.
• You are experienced in supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• You have a strong understanding of requirements gathering methodologies and business process analysis with an attention to detail.
• You have experience working with legal technology, document management systems, Microsoft 365, workflow solutions is considered an asset.
• You have a strong knowledge of business process modelling and workflow analysis, requirements management tools and methodologies.
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Sharepoint, teams, Power Platform, Copilot.
• You possess analytical, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• You have effective verbal and written communication skills and have excellent facilitiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Vous êtes customer service oriented.
