Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate on monthly invoicing within the Project Accounting team
• Oversee project billings and ensure cost accuracy
• Track expenses across projects while adhering to company policies
• Set up projects in NetSuite and synchronize project details
• Validate timesheets with Project Managers for billing accuracy
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in related accounting fields
• Basic knowledge of how accounting affects financial statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
