Manage full-cycle recruitment for Teck’s Trail Operations in on-site Trail, British Columbia, supporting union and non-union hiring.
As a Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner to site leaders. Your work covers trades, office staff, technical professionals, and management roles. Strong communication, organization, and discretion support effective candidate and hiring-manager relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for assigned Trail Operations positions
- Develop advertisements, review applications, and screen candidates
- Prepare hiring managers with interview guidance and materials
- Facilitate interviews and provide hiring recommendations
- Coordinate offers, onboarding documentation, and recruitment records
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- At least one year of recruitment-focused experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment legislation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital systems
- Experience with HR and recruitment databases; SuccessFactors is an asset
