Build mortgage sales through customer relationships and referrals as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist serving Calgary, Alberta, with TD.
TD seeks proven sales professionals for its growing Mobile Mortgage Sales Force. This position emphasizes business development, customer relationship management, networking, and proactive strategies for developing a customer base. You will target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence while building mortgage sales skills and credit knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mortgage business through referral relationships
- Maintain customer relationships and expand your customer base
- Target realtors, builders, and financial planners
- Make joint sales calls with your manager
- Use the sales management system
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record
- Exceptional quality sales skills
- Independent, self-managed professional approach
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship skills
- Retail banking or credit adjudication knowledge preferred
