Key Responsibilities
• Manage investor onboarding and account activities
• Process operational requests and follow up on issues
• Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot operational matters
• Maintain accurate client and dealer records
• Prepare investor communications and reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years in financial services operations
• Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual in English/French is a plus Contribute to operational excellence and client success at PBY Capital.
