Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain system features and applications
• Troubleshoot software configurations and resolve issues
• Analyze data retrieval methods and oversee data collection
• Produce statistical reports and summaries from collected data
• Draft and edit training content for end-users
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Experience training users on complex systems
• Advanced skills in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proven track record in managing complex database systems Utilize your skills in systems management and data analysis to enhance student success at the University of Toronto.
