Lead business requirements gathering and process modeling as a Senior Business Analyst, translating client needs into appropriate I&IT solutions.
This senior position assesses business problems and opportunities across project lifecycles. You will document requirements, apply re-engineering concepts, and develop business, data, process, and use case models. The work includes collaborating with stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Systems Analysts, and testers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of client business problems and opportunities
- Document requirements for appropriate technology solutions
- Develop business, process, data, and use case models
- Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and design discussions
- Clarify requirements and validate testing scenarios and cases
Requirements:
- 10+ years in business analyst capacities across project lifecycles
- Experience with business functional and event modeling
- Experience with business process mapping techniques
- Ability to document business and data requirements into specifications
- Knowledge of AODA regulations and related standards
