Description
We are building the next generation of a national painting company. We believe an industry that has traditionally been fragmented, inconsistent, and low-tech can be transformed through great people, exceptional customer experiences, modern technology, generative AI, and world-class operating systems.
We are building a premium painting brand capable of serving both residential and commercial customers—and an operating platform that helps our Franchise Partners build exceptional businesses. We are moving quickly, rebuilding how things work, and looking for people who want to help create the future not simply maintain what’s already there.
As our brand accelerates, we are seeking an exceptionally capable Brand Operations Specialist to become a force multiplier across the company. This isn't about sitting behind a desk doing quiet administrative work or managing a social media calendar—we need an agile multitasker who thrives on high ownership, high velocity, and bringing structure to ambiguous problems. You’ll work across operations, finance, communications, events, technology, franchise support, and executive priorities, with direct exposure to senior leadership and our Franchise Partners unusually early in your career.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT YOU
- You learn new technology before anyone asks you to. When you see a repetitive process, your instinct is to automate it.
- You’re highly organized, but you aren’t an administrator—you want to understand why something works and make it better.
- The rapid evolution of AI doesn’t overwhelm or scare you—it energizes you. You’re genuinely excited to test new tools, experiment with prompts, and find smarter ways to get things done.
- Having ten balls in the air doesn't stress you out—it fuels you. You love a fast-paced workflow, but you never compromise on quality, accuracy, or doing things the right way.
- If something needs doing, your first question isn't “who owns this?” It’s “what does great look like?”
YOUR IMPACT & WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Franchise Partner Coordination & Accountability: Serve as a trusted point of contact for Franchise Partners to ensure important commitments don't fall through the cracks. Proactively track, collect, and review financial reporting, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), compliance updates, and required submissions—holding external stakeholders accountable with tact, clarity, and confidence.
- AI, Automation & Systems Operationalization: Constantly ask, “Why are we doing this manually?” Map internal workflows, build standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and integrate generative AI and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Airtable) to eliminate administrative bottlenecks, automate franchise reporting, and scale cross-departmental operations.
- Drive Brand Communications: Draft, refine, and align communications across Franchise Partners, customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Protect the brand tone, visual identity, and high-taste aesthetic standards across every customer and partner touchpoint.
- Execute End-to-End Events & Experiences: Own major brand experiences—from Franchise Partner meetings and brand activations to our annual Kickoff. Coordinate venues, suppliers, logistics, travel, schedules, and budgets down to the smallest detail to deliver flawless, exceptional events.
- Project Management & Ambiguous Problem Solving: Take multi-variable projects from an idea on a whiteboard to a finished outcome. Establish clear timelines, track deliverables across teams, identify where things get stuck, and maintain tight organization to hit key milestones.
- Executive & Cross-Departmental Support: Serve as a versatile, central backbone for our CEO and leadership team—handling scheduling, research, meeting preparation, administrative logistics, and special projects to keep the company moving faster.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 0–5 Years of High-Trajectory Experience: Outstanding new graduates with meaningful co-op, internship, agency, startup, or entrepreneurial leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong AI & Technical Acumen: An enthusiastic user of generative AI and automation tools who naturally looks for ways to make technology do the heavy lifting. Curiosity and fast learning matter more than knowing a specific platform.
- Relationship & Compliance Management: Unusually comfortable following up, holding people accountable, and getting what you need—even when interacting with experienced business owners or senior leaders.
- A "Can-Do" Generalist Mindset: Extremely bright, comfortable with ambiguity, and possesses the humility to roll up your sleeves—n
