Lead the operational excellence of AI initiatives at TBWA Canada. As the Director of AI Operations, you'll drive integration and scaling for innovative AI solutions across our Canadian portfolio. This senior role reports directly to the Head of AI and involves bridging technology with agency execution. You’ll implement frameworks, manage workflows, and maintain important AI infrastructures. Your efforts will enhance efficiency, creativity, and ultimately, agency growth through AI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement standardized AI deployment frameworks across departments
• Audit workflows to identify AI integration points
• Oversee operational health of AI platforms and tools
• Define metrics to track the impact of AI initiatives
• Scout for emerging AI tools and lead Proof of Concept tests

Requirements:
• 7+ years in operations, project, or program management
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or technology environments
• Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and tools
