This manager leads a team responsible for talent acquisition programs, partnerships, analytics, and initiatives. You will balance strategy and execution across attraction and selection programs, workforce data, labour market intelligence, and recruitment events. The work supports operational and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a talent acquisition programs team
- Oversee attraction and selection programs and continuous improvements
- Analyze workforce data and labour market trends
- Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and leadership recommendations
- Lead recruitment events, partnerships, and community outreach
Requirements:
- University degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field
- Minimum five years’ talent acquisition or related HR experience
- Minimum two years’ people leadership experience
- Experience leading recruitment programs and analyzing workforce data
- Fluent written and spoken English and French required
