Key Responsibilities
• Represent the Club and ensure member satisfaction
• Plan and manage departmental operations effectively
• Monitor financial health and align it with operational goals
• Foster talent development and succession planning
• Ensure all aspects of service and environment meet high standards
Requirements:
• Eight or more years in luxury club or hotel management
• Demonstrated experience in Guest Services and Food & Beverage
• Strong budgeting and operational oversight capabilities
• Educational background in hospitality or related field
