Lead transversal finance, AI innovation, and forecasting for Sanofi Canada from Toronto in a hybrid working model. Shape unified financial leadership across Canada.
The Transversal Finance Lead serves as the single finance leader across Specialty Care, General Medicines, and Vaccines. You will partner with the CFO Canada, GBU Finance Business Partners, corporate functions, and global teams. The mandate combines financial governance, digital transformation, and Bogotá Hub collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Canada-wide actuals, forecasts, budgets, and Strategic Plan
- Present consolidated financials and analytics to senior leadership
- Lead AI-based P&L forecasting and advanced analytics adoption
- Transition Gross-to-Net processes to the Bogotá Hub
- Drive internal controls, governance, and audit readiness
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience
- Finance transformation experience in complex multinational environments
- Experience with offshore or nearshore finance hubs
- Advanced financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and modelling
