Lead Learning Development AI Support

Shape AI-enabled learning for Shopify Support through exceptional writing, editing, and judgment. This individual contributor role owns work end to end.

As Lead, Learning & Development, you prepare Support teams for changing payments, banking, and point-of-sale products. You diagnose performance gaps, build learning assets, and measure programs over time. Your work helps advisors deliver exceptional merchant experiences in an AI-rebuilt support operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance and quality data to identify learning gaps
• Build learning from source content through final assets
• Write content for people and accompanying AI tools
• Measure programs, retain effective elements, and remove ineffective ones
• Turn competing senior-leader requests into clear plans

Requirements:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with or without AI
• Experience building learning that changed adult job performance
• Technical or fast-changing environment experience is ideal
• Strong opinions about AI tools supported by examples
• Adaptability when plans change, with continued shipping
