Requirements:
- PhD or equivalent research experience in computer science
- Four to five or more years of industry experience
- Publishing record at ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, ICLR, or EMNLP
- Expertise in model efficiency, real-time alignment, or algorithmic optimization
- Strong Python and deep learning framework programming skills
