Archive Hospitality Group is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations across our hotel outlets in Newmarket, reporting to the Executive Chef. You will oversee menu development, mentor cooks, and ensure high-quality, efficient service in a clean, cost-conscious kitchen.
You will collaborate with leadership to refine culinary programs, manage costs, and uphold standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences across The Broadview Hotel, Gladstone House, and Postmark Hotel.
