Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to tenants and arrange meetings
• Ensure properties are maintained effectively
• Manage the leasing process for vacancies
• Assist in creating and monitoring budgets
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in mall management
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software Facilitate seamless mall operations by effectively collaborating with tenants, maintaining properties, and leading a dedicated team.
