Support IT sales operations at Arctiq with French fluency, quoting expertise, and order processing in a hybrid regional role.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this specialist supports Client Directors and customers across sales and operations activities. The work includes sourcing products, coordinating vendors and distributors, and preparing quotations. Success requires organization, communication, customer focus, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Client Directors with customer projects and daily activities
- Source pricing, lead times, and availability from suppliers
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders
- Coordinate logistics, returns, registrations, rebates, and claims
- Create reports and guide new team members
Requirements:
- Fluency in French is mandatory
- Two to three years of IT sales support experience
- Knowledge of the IT channel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
