Lead AI workflow design at Clio as a Staff Product Designer, shaping playbook automations through prototyping, testing, and polished execution.
You will own design for playbook automations within Clio Work, Clio’s AI-native workspace for legal professionals. This hands-on individual contributor role requires product thinking, interaction design, and close Engineering partnership. You will shape complex workflows while AI capabilities evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead playbook automation design from vision through production
- Design AI workflows balancing trust, explainability, and control
- Prototype continuously alongside Engineering as technology evolves
- Shape product direction with Product and Engineering partners
- Deliver accessible experiences across complex product boundaries
Requirements:
- Bring 12+ years of Product Design experience
- Ship AI-powered features using user-centered machine learning applications
- Design complex enterprise workflows for desktop and web
- Own products amid ambiguity and strategic framing
- Apply strong craft across interaction, information architecture, usability, and visual design
Use AI product design, enterprise workflow expertise, and accessibility knowledge to shape Clio Work’s legal automation experience.
