Key Responsibilities
• Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates
• Complete quantity take-offs from project documentation
• Review and analyze requests for proposals
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on procurement tactics
• Support project delivery with effective risk management
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant field, such as Engineering
• At least 5 years of progressive estimating experience
• Strong understanding of construction practices and pricing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems
