Key Responsibilities
• Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities
• Create and manage complex financial models
• Assist in all stages of transaction execution
• Provide insights through KPI reporting and market analysis
• Support credit analysis and industry benchmarking
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in finance, investment banking, or related fields
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
• Pursuing CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification
• High proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills Engage in meaningful corporate development work and help shape the future of Definity.
