Power Precision Electrical Field Services seeks an Electrical Field Service Technician for utility, commercial, and industrial power systems. The work covers low- and high-voltage equipment, troubleshooting, schematics, and customer facilities. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and maintain substation transformers, breakers, switches, and instrument transformers
- Perform breaker, relay, switch, and transformer testing
- Complete relay protection upgrades and switchgear retrofits
- Read AC, DC, and three-line electrical diagrams
- Record electrical test information and coordinate job functions
Requirements:
- Electrical technologist diploma
- Two to three years of field experience
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License
- Willingness to travel throughout the Atlantic Region
